How do I place my order?
1. Select your Formula(s) from out "Products" or "Home Page" that you want to Private Label by clicking on the name of the formula to review complete product details and pricing. Next click the "Order Now" button which will redirect you to our order form located at the bottom of this page to share with us the complete details of your order and any label design requests/ideas you have by filling out the "Order Summary / Label Design" form. Please note you will also be able to upload any art images (company logo, current label, etc) at this time to be used in the design of your custom label. (RECOMMENDED)
1b. If you have decided on the Formula(s) you wish to Private Label "Click Here" to fill out our "Order Summary / Label Design" form to share with us the details of your project.

What can I expect after I place my order?
2. Customer Service will then e-mail you a printable invoice and "secure" payment link (or wire details) so that you can process your payment. Once we have received payment we will begin the artwork on your labels. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Wire transfer.
3. Your assigned "Product Specialist Team Leader" will then contact you via phone or e-mail and you will exchange direct contact information. By doing so this will allow you to have a direct contact person that has a first hand knowledge of every aspect of your project. Your PSTL will have extensive knowledge in answering any questions that you may have to assure every step of the process is a smooth transaction.
After reviewing your completed Order Summary / Label Design form and receiving payment the art department will begin to design your labels based on the information that you have provided.
If you have filled out the Order Summary / Label Design form this information does not need to be sent again.
*Please not: Section 403(y) of the FFD&C Act (21 U.S.C 343(y)) requires the label of a dietary supplement being marketed in the United States to include "a domestic address or domestic phone number through which the responsible person...may receive a report of a serious adverse event with such dietary supplement." If the label does not include the required domestic address or phone number, the dietary supplement is misbranded. The FDA started enforcing this code January 01, 2010., a full address or phone number is required.
Additional Information regarding your order?
We have the fastest turn-around time in the industry. With having 2 locations to ship from one location being in GA and one being in CA we usually average 3-5 business days for an in stock formula to be shipped once you have approved your label design. For custom formulations and larger in stock formulas of 10,000+ bottles, the turn around time is approximately 7-10 business days.
Change of Address-
Once final payment is received and confirmed your order will be shipped to the address you have provided on the invoice upon placing your order. However if you contact us prior to shipping your order and you confirm the change of address with your PSTL or a live member of our 24hr Customer Service Team we will be happy to change the address of where you want your order to ship.
Due to the time line required to process international payments, and to provide you with exceptional customer service, we only accept wire transfers and credit card payments through PayPal from our international customers.
