Label Design In-House: If DietCeutical Supplements designs your label there is a one time fee of $125. This will include us taking your ideas, logo and any art work you may have and building it into a label. This charge covers your first product and if you would like additional products using the same design just changing the text out there is a one time charge of $25 per product. Once the label mockup is complete our art department will email it to the provided email address and await necessary changes or approval on the label design.
Maximum time on initial label design is 2 hours, after 2 hours / or for graphically intense labels we work at the rate of $65 per hour. (half hour minimum).
When placing your order please share with us as much detail as possible regarding the design of your label . I.E Fonts, colors, images, Tag Line etc. Our artists will then prepare a draft for your approval. Our team specializes in design for labels, and can finalize a design to suit your product's needs.
DO NOT supply raster images that are under 300dpi, website images are usually 72dpi, these will not produce a quality print. (600dpi minimum on rasterized text) DO NOT supply images that belong to someone else. DO NOT use word processing software to create your label. DO NOT try to place a lot of text on your label. DO send us any collateral material for your label. We can scan items to ensure a quality design. DO provide detailed instructions about your design and what you would like to see on your label. DO provide an uneditable JPG or PDF of your design along with your workable artwork so we can see what your design concept should look like. DO provide ALL fonts with your artwork or outline the fonts to eliminate any problems. DO embed all placed images into your file, or make sure you supply the images as well. DO review our artwork specs to make sure you follow our layout requirements
Need help finding artwork for your custom labels? We recommend iStockPhoto.com for photos and graphics. If you're ordering labels from us, we'll be happy to download images you request from iStockPhoto. One image per initial art charge is included,. Any additional images (if you need separate images for each products) will be extra depending on image.
Please note: We also need the (Distributed By:) information that you would like listed on your label. (company name, *domestic address or phone number city,
state and zip code are required)
Final version will be emailed back to the customer and upon faxed or emailed approval DietCeutical Supplements will have the labels printed
Please note: Colors may vary between monitor and when label is actually printed. If color and clarity are crucial please request a mailed sample of the label before proceeding with your order. We do have the capability to send the label to a print company that will have much higher quality printing along with a laminate coating for a nominal increase in price depending on the size and quantity of the label.

Customer Wants To Design Their Own Label: DietCeutical Supplements will email to the provided email address all of the text information required by the FDA such as Supplement Facts, Allergen Warning, size of label, Cautions and Suggested Use in a word format. Requirements: All art work provided must be in either a AI, EPS, CDR, High Res PDF with fonts converted to outlines (paths) / Curves. If unable to provide art work in these formats additional charges may apply. Labels need to be built in at least 600dpi in Corel, AI or EPS format with fonts provided or converted to outlines.
You are also required to include the (Distributed By:) information that you would like listed on your label. (company name, *domestic address or phone number city, state and zip code are required)
Please Note: Labels built in JPG, PSD (photoshop), PDF or any other raster formats will have to be rebuilt at a charge of $65.00 per hour.
Once art work is completed by the customer they can either email the file to our art department or upload them to our FTP site.
All Labels must be free of claims that have not been proven by reputable clinical research.
Labels must be proofed by DietCeutical Supplements once they are sent back to us to ensure they correspond with product and FDA requirements. If changes are needed we will send an email with the changes that are needed back to the provided email address one time. If customer would rather DietCeutical Supplements make the changes there will be a charge based on the changes that need to be made.
Final version will be emailed back to the customer and upon faxed or emailed approval DietCeutical Supplements will have the labels printed -Customer Wants To Send Printed Labels To Us: If customer would like to send labels into our facility for one of the products they have ordered DietCeutical Supplements must proof label before accepting to make sure label corresponds with all product and FDA requirements. Do Not send labels until you have approval from your Product Specialist Team Leader via Email. -Printer Information:
