| What are the minimum order quantities? |
Our minimum order requirements for in stock products can be as low as 24 bottles per product. Depending on the product, for custom formulas our minimums are 50 Kilos (approx 110 lbs) of powder and 30,000 topical patches. *Please note some formulas require a minimum order of 1000 units. |
| What are your Packaging Options |
Dietceutical Supplements is very pleased to offer a variety of packaging options for your marketing needs including conventional bottles, gusseted bags, individual daily packets for capsules, tablets and powder, and bulk product. Most are available under private label in quantities as few as 24 units per item. |
| Stock Bottles |

Bottles (round packers) are available in a number of sizes and colors in both HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). |
HDPE is our basic bottle offered in a white matt finish and is available in the widest size range from 100CC to 3000CC. Most of our stock products and custom formulations are quoted in white HDPE unless otherwise specified. |
PET plastic has the look of glass and can make a significant difference in the visual impact of your product line. More expensive than HDPE, PET can add an average of .10 to .25 per bottle, but can make a significant difference in the visual impact of your product line. Our stock inventory of PET is more limited, but we do offer the most commonly used sizes in several colors. |
| Single-Serving Packets for Capsules, Tablets and Soft Gels |

Dietceutical Supplements is one of the only companies to offer single-serving daily packets of tablet and capsule combinations and today provides a wide range of packets that cover multi-vitamins / minerals, sports nutrition, joint health, cholesterol and much more, all of which may be private labeled individually or in a supply of up to 60 days per jar or bag. 3" x 3" packets are available in clear or clear and white. 3" x 4" packets are available in clear only. Custom printed packets are available in larger quantities. |
Single-serving packets provide a level of convenience, effectiveness and economy not available when a person is forced to buy numerous bottles of different products. The packets offer convenient dosing and present the perfect means of taking your supplements with you on trips.Create your own unique combination of tablets, capsules and soft gels with our assistance using our stock inventory of more than 200 differentformulations. |
| Single-Serving Packets for Powder |
Single-serving packets are available for many of our powder formulations and are offered in serving sizes of 30 to 40 grams. These packets are made of a foil / plastic material and offer a much more effective moisture barrier than conventional packaging. The individual packets may be private labeled with adhesive labels in small quantities and are available in preprinted form for larger orders. |

| I don't have a formula. Can you formulate one for me? |

| I already have a formula. Will you private label it for me? |
Yes. Certain restrictions apply. |
| What measures do you take to protect my intellectual property? |
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement protecting our clients' intellectural property after you and your product specalist have discussed the details of your project. Certain restrictions apply. |
| I don't have a label. Can you design and print one for me? |
Yes, we have a graphic design department which specalized in dietary supplement labels. We charge a one time fee of $125USD for this service and it comes with unlimited revisions. |
| What is the minimum quanitity for label printing? |
Just as our minumum order can be as low as 24 units so are our labels. |
| How much does printing cost? |
No additional cost at all for printing. Your quote from your product specialist will include all printing costs. |
| How long will it take to get my order? |
Our lead times are typically 3 - 5 business days for in-stock formulas after the label has been approved by you. Custom formulas and large order 7-10 business days. Lead times are subject to change. |

| We already have a supplier why should we do business with you also? |
Although you may be quite happy with the service provided by your current supplement supplier, it is always advisable to have at least one backup supplier, for many reasons. A backup supplier is one that does not supply the bulk of your product line, but perhaps one or two products. By giving a supplier some business, even if it is not a lot, you can develop a relationship with them that provides a safety net if something should happen to your primary supplier. |
